Cannot Connect

Device cannot connect to Wi-Fi or the app.

Connectivity Setup

Try these steps

  1. Make sure your phone is on the correct Wi-Fi network.
  2. Keep the controller within 2–3 meters during pairing.
  3. Power cycle the device (off 10 seconds → on).
  4. Restart Apple Home / Google Home and retry pairing.

App Cannot Find Device

The app cannot detect your smart light/controller.

Matter Thread

Try these steps

  1. Confirm your Thread Border Router is online and on the same home.
  2. Enable Bluetooth during the initial setup.
  3. Keep the device powered on and close to the hub.
  4. Reset the device and try pairing again.

Light Not Responding

The light does not react to app or voice commands.

Try these steps

  1. Check power supply stability and wiring connections.
  2. Verify the device is still listed as “online” in the app.
  3. Restart your hub (HomePod / Nest Hub) and router.
  4. If needed, remove the device and re-add it.

How to reset

  1. Turn power off for 5 seconds.
  2. Turn power on, then press/hold the push-dim button for 10 seconds.
  3. The device enters pairing mode automatically.

Tip: After reset, keep the device close to your hub during the first 1–2 minutes.
